At the Bead&Button show I had this class from Kathy King, who invented the technique of Bead-Quilling. All those years we learned how to hide our threads between beads.... This is different! The thread is the true jewel in this technique. It takes some patience, but the possibilities are countless... you can combine it with wirework, fillegrees and whatever you like!

Auf der bead&Button Show hatte ih einen Kurs bei Kathy King, der Erfinderin der Technik des Bead-Quillings. Quilling ist eigentlich eine Technik aus der Papierkunst. Jahrelang haben wir gelernt unseren Faden zu verstecken, hier muss man umdenken. Der Faden ist der Hauptteil des Musters. Es ist unglaublich vielfältig, man kann einzelne Teile mit Draht verbinden, Metallteile aufsetzen.....was auch immer einem gefällt.
