Dear Sabine,
its fantastic your bead! Thank you to Laura McCabe for giving her inspirations the "Geofloral-Bead" which was posted by Zzussi last time. You did a nice variation, Sabine!

Guni this was self infected. The little stars are part of my Stars in the Sky pattern, that I made 2008. I had the bracelet in my hand and recognized... ok, 5 corners, make it a dodecaeder. ;-)
Laura's sphere I didn't try out so far...

I just checked your "link"... I think it is quite different... The geofloral seems to be a cube, this is a dodecahedron. And I guess my bead has only half the weight ;-)

Dear Sabine, I didn't post a link yesterday, it was a writing mistake in hurry, not Zsussi, sorry, but now here is the link, http://zuzzl.blogspot.com/, post from 4.Feb. shows Lauras bead Geofloral, and I just thought about the idea to take peyote brazzeled cabs, elongate them with Herringbone and put it together to a beaded bead with wholes inbetween. This is what I would call an idea or inspiration. Not if it has 6 or 10, lined color or one color, green or red, big or small. And I had seen zuzzls just two days ago, isn't that funny;-))? I am so sorry, Sabine, I am a technical freak and designer myself, and I love green too :), I see it all just with a technical few.
Happy beading, Sabine, and many more of your great ideas :). By the way, please, tell me, what is the name of the little "Hamster" in your photo? Is it perhaps "Beady" or "Pearly" or just "Knuffel"? He/her is soo cude!

Hi Guni,
you didn't post a link, but I googled "Geofloral bead" and it appeared as the first in the list ;-)
There are so many beaders in the world, and only a limited number of techniques, so sometimes coincidences happen ;-)
I love experimenting with everything you can combine to a sphere, so everything wich has 5 corners, and is stiff enough, is in danger hehehe.
The Hamster is a guineapig, and where his hair is so beautiful red, he had to get a name from the "Waltons" ... Jim Bob
And he is cute in deed

Haha, welcome to the Waltons-Generation... "John-boy, why have Delica beads such a big whole inside ??" "Because mum can sew so often through it, that it will stick on your dress for your whole life . And now switch out the light ,Elizabeth.":)
